If you have any issue, before you post a review contact them. Amazing customer service and support “-Nick” is a class act all the way and will take care of you!
REMOVE THE GRAY FELT! This caused me so much headache, IMO… just rip it off. The inserts will look amazing, you don’t need the gray felt on my car. If it does not snap in super easy, nice and tight ….. and you left that gray felt on. Take it off!!
Longer version;
I ordered these over a year ago!! Tried to install the driver side and hated the fit! So I left the passenger side alone. Of course the passenger side was like an old wet drape and failed. (And here is where I owe Dashskin my apology!) a year or so later I tried to install the passenger side. Didn’t fit! I was very mad! So I left a nasty review. All before contacting them, yes, I’m a bad customer and I regret it! But! “-Nick” contacted me about my review. We exchanged some emails, in less than 24 hours Nick was sending me replacements. And he very politely explained what possibly went wrong. No charge, no me losing my temper or demanding anything! He just simply asked “Would you like to try again?”
Damn! That’s some amazing customer service! And talk about “we believe in what we sell!” 100%!
So anyway… I received my replacements, I ripped out the gray felt… and they fit perfectly! Absolutely perfect!
So… this is my greatest “foot in mouth” consumer experience! And I’m happy to admit it!
