It’s the perfect fix far easier than replacing the entire dash and it’s hard to tell that it’s not the original dash
I don’t know if this helped but I laid the Dashskin on my dash for a few days before I glued it down seemed to fit much easier after that

Some got this for me as a present for my 2003 Avalanche. Had one long crack running from the front of the dash to the air vent and then another by the middle air vent. Product fit really well over the dash. If you put the skin on for a test fit before applying the RTV, be mindful of the light sensor at the front when pulling the skin back off. Other than that, it looks seamless minus one area on the side that I didn't see wasn't secure when putting the gauge bezel back on - nothing a self tapping screw can't fix. Color is slightly lighter than the existing but all in all, I'm happy with the product. Take your time and it goes in fine. Time will tell on how it holds up to the Texas sun.

Came out awesome.
I’ve seen others have it on looking ugly and rough.
But after seeing the installation videos I realized it was because of improper install. Take the time and effort to do it right and you won’t regret it at all.

The dash skins was easy to install and looks great in my 03 Suburban. Simple directions to follow and I highly advise you follow the instructions and allow the adhesive to cure. I gave it 18 hours before driving.

Delivery was very fast! Very exact fit and great color match.
The extra color spray also matched exactly the original. Over spraying existing plastic parts is totally invisible.
