Description

The second-generation Ford Taurus launched for 1992 with a rounder body and a completely redesigned interior that continued the model's reputation as America's family sedan. The new dashboard design retained the sweeping curves of the original but introduced a different pad shape that requires its own dedicated Dashtop overlay. UV exposure and thermal cycling cause the vinyl surface to crack and fade, a problem that intensifies with each passing year. This Dashtop molded dash cover is formed from UV-resistant ABS plastic to match the 1992-1995 Taurus instrument panel exactly, installing directly over your original factory dashboard, which must remain in place to serve as a solid foundation.

Installation is fast: clean the original dash, apply the included silicone adhesive, and set the Dashtop overlay in place. Once the adhesive cures, the cover bonds permanently and provides a smooth surface that resists future UV damage.
