Description
A Stereo System Above the Rest. The Ford Ranger was America's best-selling compact pickup for much of its production run, and the Highliner Audio Headliner gives the 1983-1994 models an upgrade that was never available from the factory: a rigid ABS overhead panel with a fully integrated speaker system. Four 10-watt coaxial speakers mount into the Highliner's molded speaker pods, and in the compact Ranger cab, the overhead sound is immersive and enveloping. Where the original headliner sags, stains, and disintegrates, the Highliner panel stays rigid, clean, and full of music.
The kit includes the molded ABS headliner panel, four speakers with foam baffles, a radio console cover, shock pads, insulation, an antenna extension cable, and all mounting hardware. Remove the original headliner material, install the Highliner using factory mounting points, and wire the speakers to your radio. The compact cab means the four overhead speakers create a remarkably full soundstage.
