DashSkin offers free Ground shipping anywhere in the lower 48 US States via FedEx with every order. Your ETA can be estimated using the transit time map below. We ship same-day until 3PM CST every weekday. Any order valued at over $250 will require signature, please be prepared.
If you ship to a residential address, the deliverable days are Tuesday-Saturday
If you ship to a commercial address, the deliverable days are Monday-Friday
We currently only ship to the lower 48 United States, no AK/HI/PR or International Shipping at this time.
DAMAGED ITEM: If your order arrives damaged, please do not refuse the package with FedEx. Please send photos of the damage and any packing materials, as well as one photo of the box to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line to initiate a damage claim. This is the absolute fastest way to get a replacement on the way. After you have sent photos, please pack the damaged cap back up and hold it for the carrier, they will come by within a week to pick up the broken part (NOTE: They will not pick up the damaged item when they deliver the replacement). Please do not dispose of the box or any packing materials as FedEx will need to collect everything for inspection.
ITEM HASN'T ARRIVED: If your item has not arrived within the expected handling time, please contact us at 877.308.9682 so we can contact the carrier on your behalf to locate the package or start a trace/investigation. After hours or on weekends, you can initiate a FedEx trace to locate a missing package by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX with your tracking number in hand. They will ask you to confirm your delivery address as provided to us, as well as a good daytime phone number to reach you.
